John Hawkins joined the WIN team in 2005. He and his wife, Joann, graduated from Christ for the Nations in Dallas, TX in 1990. They have served as full time missionaries in central Mexico for 13 years with World Indigenous Missions (with whom they are still members). John also worked as a full time Spanish instructor at King’s Way in McAllen, Texas from 2005-06. They have five daughters.

Alisha Vosburg is the administrative assistant and bookkeeper. Alisha graduated from Elim Bible Institute with a focus on Music Ministry. Alisha and her husband, Justin, moved to Texas from Chesterfield, MI in July 2011 to work with WIN. Alisha is originally from Oklahoma.

Dale Donnelly is the Director of Promotions. Dale, originally from Davison, MI, is an ordained minister with Elim Fellowship. He has served in bi-vocational ministry for many years, as youth pastor at Faith Tabernacle, Burton, MI, and as senior pastor at Grand Blanc House of Prayer, Grand Blanc, MI before returning to Tennessee to co-pastor a new church plant in Murfreesboro. Dale is a former member of the Christ Church Choir and continues to use his voice in ministry.

Andrea Donnelly is the Director of Development. Andrea has traveled the world extensively with various mission related outreaches covering 30+ countries. In addition to her ongoing mission outreaches, she has managed mega-church programs and a successful church-related business. Andrea’s background in business management, mission support activity, and church program development has been combined to work with development and fundraising for WIN. Andrea works alongside her husband, Dale, in Murfreesboro, TN, where they enjoy spending time with their 4 children and one grandson.

David Daniel Turner is responsible for video production and graphic design for WIN Ministries. David, originally from Eastern Michigan, was a 4th year Architecture student with background in the photography industry before moving to South Texas to work with WIN in 2009.

Joshua Jenney is a post-production video editor for processing film for publication.  He is also a graphic designer and website developer for WIN Ministries and various local small businesses.  He has degrees in Applied Science in Graphic Design and Biblical Studies. Joshua and Debra Jenney were recently married on June 20th 2012.

Patti Abbatoy joined the WIN Ministries team in March of 2012. She is presently focusing building Nation-2-Nation Christian University, the first Online Video Bible School. Having attended Elim Bible Institute with WIN Ministries’ founder Brick Cliff and his wife Beth she then went on to pastor churches with her husband Dale in New York and Michigan. After his passing she entered the secular work force where she acquired various technical and administrative skills now being used to benefit WIN Ministries.

Justin Vosburg  was born and raised in Chesterfield, Michigan.  He graduated from Elim Bible Institute with a focus on Missions. Justin is a camera operator and assists with the video editing process.

Pastor Ruben Ramirez is WIN Ministries' Director of Operations for Mexico. He currently oversees over 50 ministry schools located in different states all over Mexico. Pastor Ramirez also pastors a church in Matamoros, Mexico where he lives with his wife Rosa Maria. He has 3 children. Additionally, Pastor Ramirez has operated ISOM for years in his own church with three graduations and 35 graduates.

Tim Foreman believes in the vision of WIN Ministries and has volunteered his skills numerous times as a camera operator.

Josiah Cliff is a camera operator during our filming times. He also works with the ministry as a post-production video editor and colorist.
