Holistic Discipleship is a comprehensive study, taking into account the cognitive, affective, and transformative aspects of discipleship. Dr. Jiménez focuses on discipleship as a process of lifelong, comprehensive development, which positively affects the relationships, the ministry, and the whole person of the disciple. This study seeks to help the Christian disciple in the formation of character, spiritual growth, maturity, and in living a life consistent with the model given to the church through the life of Christ.
Dr. Francisco Jiménez Arias currently serves as the National Superintendent of the Church of God in Mexico. Since 1975 he and his wife Doris Lopéz have served in several various positions and ministries under the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) as an evangelist, pastor, and speaker at pastoral seminars. Dr. Jiménez and his wife have four children. He received his Doctorate of Ministry from Oral Roberts University, and a Masters of Divinity from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary of Cleveland, TN.
